These Terms and Conditions apply to the SoundFix Acoustics EOFY 2026 Promotion, offering free installation on qualifying acoustic panel orders. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the following terms:

Customers who place an order and pay their invoice in full (or provide proof of payment) by 11:59 PM AEST on June 30, 2026.

  • This offer is not automatically extended to all leads or enquiries.
  • It only applies to customers who mention the promotion and meet all eligibility requirements.
  • The offer does not apply retrospectively to previous orders or quotes.

5. Geographic Coverage

  • Free installation is available in Victoria including metro and select regional areas.
  • Final eligibility for installation is subject to confirmation of service availability in the specified location.

6. Exclusions

  • The offer does not apply to:
    • Custom-Made or Special-Order Products: Projects that require non-standard dimensions, bespoke finishes or materials sourced specifically for the client are not covered by the free installation offer unless explicitly approved in writing.
    • Accessories and Add-On Items: Items such as mounting hardware, suspension systems, adhesive kits, brackets, trims and other accessories are not included in the offer and will be charged separately.
    • Partial Orders or Staged Invoicing: Orders that are only partially invoiced or scheduled in stages (e.g., split across multiple payments) do not qualify unless the full invoice amount for the supply component is paid by the deadline.
    • Reissued or Resubmitted Quotes: Orders Placed or Quotes Issued Before June 11, 2025
      Only orders placed or quotes issued on or after June 11, 2025, that clearly reference the EOFY promotion are eligible. Any prior orders or quotes are excluded from this offer. Quotes originally issued before the campaign period (11-30 June, 2025), and then reissued or revised without mention of the EOFY promotion, will not qualify. Only quotes clearly marked with “EOFY Promo – Free Install” are valid.
    • Orders Not Explicitly Mentioning the Offer: If the customer does not mention the EOFY promotion during the enquiry or quoting process, the free installation will not be applied—even if the order is paid on time.
    • Remote or Out-of-Zone Locations: Installations requested outside the designated service zones in VIC, NSW, QLD and SA may not qualify for free installation unless specifically confirmed by the SoundFix Acoustics team.
    • Previously Discounted or Negotiated Projects: The EOFY offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special pricing, bulk discounts, loyalty agreements or previously negotiated contract terms.
    • Non-Acoustic Panel Products: The offer is strictly limited to acoustic wall and ceiling panel products. Other product categories or services (e.g., soundproofing solutions, consultancy-only services) are excluded unless otherwise stated.
    • Installations Requiring More Than Two Days
      The free installation offer applies to projects that can be completed within a maximum of two days. Projects requiring longer installation periods are excluded unless otherwise approved in writing by SoundFix.
  • The promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers or previously negotiated terms.

7. Right to Modify or Cancel

SoundFix Acoustics reserves the right to modify or withdraw the EOFY promotion at any time without prior notice. Only customers who meet all the above criteria will be eligible for free installation.
