In this particular dental clinic fit-out, the team had achieved a beautiful, minimalist design with high ceilings, tiled floors, and glass partitions. While visually stunning, these hard surfaces created a serious acoustic problem. Conversations echoed, background noise carried across rooms, and the overall space felt clinical rather than calming. Both patients and staff noticed the impact. Patients felt anxious from the constant hum and chatter, while dental practitioners found it challenging to communicate clearly during treatments.
